Shipping & Returns
- We aim to deliver your order at the post office within 1-3 working days.
- Shipment within the Netherlands is done by PostNL. For shipments outside the Netherlands, PostNL will transfer the package to the local post company.
- After your order placement and payment you will receive a notification of your order by email. In case you do not receive this, please contact us.
- When your package is dropped at the PostNL-office, you will receive a confirmation of the shipment including a Track&Trace number. For you to follow your delivery.
- When the package is transmitted by PostNL, we do not have any influence on the delivery date.
- Currently we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In case you do want the good to be delivered elsewhere. Please contact us by [email protected]. Note that other shipment costs are applicable.
- The Netherlands: Free shipping for orders above € 100,-. Orders with a value below € 100,- will be charged a shipping fee of € 4,95.
- Belgium & Germany: Free shipping for orders above € 100,-. Orders with a value below € 100,- will be charged a shipping fee of € 7,-.
- Other EU countries: Free shipping for orders above € 200,-. Orders with a value below € 200,- will be charged a shipping fee of € 15,-.
- In case you wish to return the goods, you are free to return it to us.
- You have 14 days to let us know about your return.
- To confirm your return shipment, please send an email to [email protected].
- We will send you a return sticker, which can be printed by you after receive your payment for the transport of the return.
- The costs for returns are for the buyer, unless approved differently.
- Products can only be taken as a returns, unless they contain all labels (fixed). And when the goods are in the same condition as they were when shipped from Blossom Kids.
